THE STONE
Each of our Facial Gua Sha stones are naturally formed & made from Bowenite.
Bowenite embodies a strong earth-based vibration. It is connected to the heart + solar plexus chakras and is known to support growth, self esteem, may help ease stress and depression. It has long been believe to be a magical stone that will help you live a long life.
USAGE
Apply a few drops of facial oil to clean face and massage in with your fingers.
With the stone, apply LIGHT pressure from the center of your face and glide up & out towards the hairline (1-3 minutes).
Then, sweep all the "invisible" toxins (beginning from the top-center of your forehead) down along the hairline all the way down to the dips of your collar bone.
Repeat on the opposite side on your face.
WHAT IS FACIAL GUA SHA
Facial gua sha may help reduce fluid retention (or inflammation), specifically lymphatic fluid. There may be a number of reasons that can cause fluid retention, such as poor diet or lack of movement.
To maintain good health, we want to make sure that our lymphs are circulating & draining properly. When they are properly circulating, it helps remove toxins from the skin and rejuvenates skin cells for a healthy glow.

The size and shape of each Gua Sha Facial Stone may vary. No two stones are alike as they are naturally formed.
You do NOT have to use the stone for facial Gua Sha - it is up to you. You are more than welcome to keep it for its vibrational properties :)
